1. Terms of Engagement

By accessing, browsing, or completing a transaction on the Praverra Luxury Bathware online portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all purchases made through our e-commerce checkout.

2. E-Commerce Purchases & Pricing

All transactions are subject to inventory availability and payment validation. Prices displayed on individual catalog entries are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard local levies unless noted otherwise. We reserve the right to revise catalog prices or cancel orders in cases of obvious layout pricing errors or stock depletion.

3. Delivery & Shipping Logistics

Praverra operates strictly as a digital e-commerce distributor based out of **Panipat, Haryana, India**.

• Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours following Razorpay payment confirmation.
• Standard delivery across India takes between 5 to 7 business days depending on carrier schedules and transit distance.
• Free delivery is provided for all transactions unless special expedited air freight is requested.

4. Return & Cancellation Policy

Clients may request order cancellation prior to dispatch. For items delivered with manufacturing defects, customers must notify us at info@praverra.in with visual proof within 72 hours of delivery. Once verified, refunds will be credited back to the original source account via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising from transactions conducted on this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Panipat, Haryana, India.
